Thorlabs的DSC1緊湊型(xing)數(shu)字伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)可通(tong)過提供由(you)用(yong)戶(hu)選(xuan)擇(ze)的控(kong)制(zhi)算(suan)法所確定(ding)的實(shi)時(shi)電(dian)壓反(fan)饋(kui),將(jiang)光學(xue)系統(tong)鎖(suo)定(ding)或(huo)穩(wen)定(ding)在輸入電(dian)壓信(xin)號上(shang)。這款數字伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)的帶(dai)寬(kuan)為(wei)100 kHz,輸入和(he)輸出電(dian)壓範(fan)圍為(wei)±4 V,能(neng)夠(gou)主(zhu)動(dong)鎖(suo)定(ding)高頻(pin)設備(bei),如(ru)電(dian)流調制(zhi)激(ji)光(guang)器(qi)、壓(ya)電(dian)驅動(dong)器(qi)、聲(sheng)光調(tiao)制(zhi)器(qi)(AOMs)、電(dian)光調(tiao)制(zhi)器(qi)(EOMs)、光(guang)纖拉伸(shen)器(qi)、音(yin)圈(quan)電(dian)機(ji)或快反(fan)鏡(jing)。
控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)有三(san)種模(mo)式(shi),提(ti)供互補(bu)功能(neng): 伺服鎖(suo)定(ding)(Servo Lock)模(mo)式(shi)、峰(feng)值鎖(suo)定(ding)(Peak Lock)模(mo)式(shi)和(he)斜(xie)坡(po)(Ramp)模(mo)式(shi)。
使(shi)用(yong)伺服鎖(suo)定(ding)模(mo)式(shi)時(shi),輸出電(dian)壓可通(tong)過PID(例、積分、微分)算(suan)法進(jin)行(xing)調(tiao)制(zhi),以(yi)保(bao)持設定(ding)輸入電(dian)壓。此(ci)算(suan)法的所(suo)有參(can)數均(jun)可根(gen)據(ju)特定(ding)系(xi)統(tong)進(jin)行(xing)調(tiao)整(zheng)。例如(ru),使用(yong)光(guang)電(dian)二極管測量(liang)功(gong)率,將(jiang)其(qi)信(xin)號輸入伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi),由(you)伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)的輸出控(kong)制(zhi)強(qiang)度(du)調(tiao)制(zhi)器(qi),如(ru)聲(sheng)光調(tiao)制(zhi)器(qi)(AOM)、電(dian)光調(tiao)制(zhi)器(qi)或(huo)鈮(ni)酸(suan)鋰(li)振(zhen)幅(fu)調(tiao)制(zhi)器(qi),從而穩(wen)定(ding)系(xi)統(tong)的輸出強度(du)。改(gai)變(bian)伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)中(zhong)的設(she)定(ding)點會使系(xi)統(tong)調(tiao)整(zheng)至並(bing)保(bao)持在新的設(she)定(ding)點。此外(wai),伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)還(hai)可以(yi)通(tong)過使用伺服鎖(suo)定(ding)模(mo)式(shi)的邊(bian)帶鎖(suo)定(ding)來(lai)實(shi)現激光器(qi)穩(wen)頻。在邊(bian)帶鎖(suo)定(ding)下,設(she)定(ding)點可位(wei)於(yu)法布(bu)裏(li)-珀羅腔(qiang)諧振(zhen)峰或(huo)者(zhe)原(yuan)子(zi)或(huo)分子(zi)吸(xi)收峰(feng)的部(bu)分位(wei)置。
峰(feng)值鎖(suo)定(ding)模(mo)式(shi)使(shi)用(yong)抖(dou)動(dong)鎖(suo)定(ding)將(jiang)系統(tong)鎖(suo)定(ding)在輸入電(dian)壓的局(ju)部(bu)最大(da)值或(huo)最(zui)小(xiao)值上(shang),也(ye)稱為(wei)極值搜(sou)索(suo)控(kong)制(zhi)或(huo)解(jie)調(tiao)伺服鎖(suo)定(ding)。此(ci)模(mo)式(shi)通(tong)過選(xuan)定(ding)的頻(pin)率,即抖動(dong)頻(pin)率,對系統(tong)進(jin)行(xing)調(tiao)制(zhi),然(ran)後(hou)對信(xin)號進(jin)行(xing)數(shu)字(zi)解(jie)調(tiao),以(yi)創(chuang)建壹(yi)個可最(zui)小(xiao)化的誤(wu)差函(han)數。通過將(jiang)系統(tong)鎖(suo)定(ding)在輸入電(dian)壓的最(zui)大(da)或(huo)最小(xiao)特征(zheng)上(shang),可以(yi)嚴格(ge)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)的性能(neng)。例如(ru),可將(jiang)激光(guang)鎖頻到(dao)乙炔等(deng)稀(xi)氣(qi)體(ti)中(zhong)的分(fen)子(zi)吸(xi)收線(xian),或鎖(suo)定(ding)到(dao)法布(bu)裏(li)-珀羅腔(qiang)的最(zui)大(da)透過模(mo)式(shi),從而避免激光(guang)功(gong)率的漂(piao)移(yi)或(huo)擾動(dong)。更多(duo)信(xin)息,請查(zha)看激(ji)光(guang)鎖頻(pin)標簽。
斜(xie)坡(po)模(mo)式(shi)下,數(shu)字(zi)伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)可以(yi)在確定(ding)的範(fan)圍(wei)內線(xian)性掃描輸出電(dian)壓,並(bing)像示波器壹(yi)樣(yang)顯示輸入信(xin)號與電(dian)壓的關(guan)系(xi)。這不(bu)僅能(neng)分(fen)辨幹(gan)涉(she)儀的幹(gan)涉(she)圖樣等(deng)特征(zheng),還(hai)能(neng)直(zhi)接查(zha)看系(xi)統(tong)在施加(jia)電(dian)壓範(fan)圍內的響應(ying)。例如(ru),如(ru)果伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)掃描到通過氣(qi)體(ti)吸(xi)收(shou)池(chi)的激(ji)光(guang)頻(pin)率,就可以(yi)觀(guan)察(cha)到(dao)氣(qi)體(ti)的透射光(guang)譜。
應(ying)用
由數(shu)字伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)的壓(ya)電(dian)驅動(dong)反(fan)射(she)鏡(jing)以(yi)鎖(suo)定(ding)幹(gan)涉(she)儀的應(ying)用(yong)中(zhong),用於(yu)測(ce)量(liang)幹(gan)涉(she)圖樣的光(guang)電(dian)二極管的信(xin)號被(bei)輸入至伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)。當(dang)伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)設(she)置(zhi)為(wei)伺服鎖(suo)定(ding)模(mo)式(shi)時(shi),幹(gan)涉(she)儀將(jiang)被(bei)鎖(suo)定(ding)到(dao)幹(gan)涉(she)圖樣中(zhong)單個條紋(wen)正或(huo)負(fu)斜(xie)率的任(ren)意閾值上(shang)。當伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)設(she)置(zhi)為(wei)峰(feng)值鎖(suo)定(ding)模(mo)式(shi)時(shi),幹(gan)涉(she)儀將(jiang)鎖定(ding)在幹涉(she)圖樣中(zhong)單個條紋(wen)的峰(feng)值或(huo)谷值。當(dang)伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)設(she)置(zhi)為(wei)斜(xie)坡(po)模(mo)式(shi)時(shi),可直(zhi)接觀(guan)察(cha)幹(gan)涉(she)圖樣。

DSC1數(shu)字伺服控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)通(tong)過設備左(zuo)側的USB Type-C端(duan)口供電(dian)(見(jian)引腳圖(tu)標(biao)簽)。產品(pin)隨附(fu)USB Type-A轉(zhuan)USB Type-C電(dian)源線(xian)(見(jian)發貨清(qing)單(dan)標簽(qian)),但電(dian)源需(xu)要單獨(du)購買。建議(yi)使(shi)用DS5穩(wen)壓電(dian)源或(huo)CPS1移動(dong)電(dian)源為(wei)DSC1控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)供電(dian)。
接地(di)
請註意,必(bi)須(xu)小心(xin)避免接地(di)回(hui)路(lu),因(yin)為(wei)接(jie)地(di)回(hui)路(lu)會導致(zhi)低(di)頻(pin)測(ce)量(liang)輸出出現無(wu)規(gui)則(ze)表(biao)現。為(wei)避免潛在的接(jie)地(di)回(hui)路(lu),USB Type-C電(dian)源端(duan)口連(lian)接(jie)到設備(bei)接地(di)層(ceng),而USB Type Mini-B數據端口浮(fu)動(dong),以(yi)隔(ge)離(li)控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)與(yu)計算(suan)機(ji)接地。此(ci)外(wai),將(jiang)DSC1控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)集(ji)成(cheng)到實驗(yan)時(shi),有關(guan)降(jiang)低接(jie)地回(hui)路(lu)風(feng)險的*佳(jia)方(fang)法請見(jian)手冊(ce)。
